I have earned a Diploma as a Home Inspector from Thomson Education Direct and am certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Additionally, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. I have over 30 years experience in Telecommunications, Computing and Engineering standards, Inspections, Process and Project Management including residential and commercial installations, Outside Plant Construction, Power and Engineering, Storage Engineering, and various related planning functions. I have six years experience as a Firefighter.
Friends beware, the State of Colorado does not enforce certification for Home Inspectors, so what ever you do, for your satisfaction, please select a certified Home Inspector. As a certified Home Inspector, I completed several months of education and successfully passed over 200 test questions, and my education is continuous.
